Virtual Event Tickets and Complimentary Event Passes
Effective January 2023, all Prosperity Of Life event tickets are sold for Virtual Events only.
Free Passes
With the purchase of a Virtual Event ticket, customers receive a Free Pass as a gift with purchase.
Please note:
- The Virtual Event ticket is the item being purchased.
- The Free Pass is provided at no additional cost.
- Free Passes have no monetary value.
- Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.
- Each Pass is valid only for the specific event for which it was issued.
Virtual Event Access
Virtual Event ticket holders receive access to the live online event. Whether or not they attend the live sessions, all ticket holders will receive the recorded event content.
Following the conclusion of the event, the recordings will be uploaded to the Online Product Portal, where they can be accessed as part of the purchaser's lifetime product library.
Because purchasers receive permanent access to the event recordings, Virtual Event tickets are considered fully redeemed once the event has concluded.
As a result:
- Virtual Event tickets cannot be deferred to a future event.
- Unused tickets cannot be transferred to another event.
- All tickets are considered fulfilled once the event recordings have been made available.
Issuing Free Passes
A Free Pass is automatically generated and added to the purchaser's order once the order has been marked Distributor Paid.
In most cases, the Pass will be issued for the next available destination event following the Virtual Event.
However, there may be occasions when the Free Pass is issued for a destination event scheduled before the Virtual Event.
Requesting a Different Free Pass
Customers may request that their Free Pass be exchanged for the subsequent destination event (the event following the next scheduled destination event) in the following circumstances:
- The issued destination event takes place before the Virtual Event.
- The next destination event is scheduled to occur shortly after the ticket purchase, leaving insufficient time to make travel arrangements.
- The purchaser has a genuine scheduling conflict that prevents them from attending the issued destination event.
To be eligible, the request must:
- Be submitted within 14 days of the date the payment was received and the Freet Pass was issued.
- Be made in writing.
- Be submitted through the Support Ticket system.
Requests received after the 14-day period cannot be accommodated.
