Country Eligibility and Enrolment Restrictions

Prosperity Of Life (POL) operates internationally; however, the availability of its products and business opportunity is subject to the laws, regulations and regulatory requirements of each country and, in some cases, individual regions within those countries.

These laws may regulate or prohibit the activities of direct selling, network marketing and other business models operated by both domestic and international companies. As a result, Prosperity Of Life may not be permitted to offer its products or business opportunity in every country or jurisdiction.

In addition to local legal and regulatory requirements, international banking regulations, economic sanctions, trade restrictions and financial controls may also affect where Prosperity Of Life can conduct business. Restrictions imposed by government authorities or regulatory bodies, including those of the United States, the European Union and the applicable local jurisdiction, may limit or prevent the movement of funds across international borders.

Where legal, regulatory or banking restrictions apply, Prosperity Of Life may be unable to offer its business opportunity or process the financial transactions necessary to support business operations.

For this reason, participation in the Prosperity Of Life business is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions and banking requirements within the relevant jurisdiction.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may not include every country or region where restrictions apply.

If you have a prospective customer or Associate residing in a country or region outside North America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand or Africa, and that country does not appear on the restricted countries list, do not assume it is eligible for enrolment.

Before proceeding, please submit a Support Ticket to confirm whether Prosperity Of Life is able to operate in that jurisdiction.

Obtaining confirmation before enrolling a customer or Associate helps ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and banking requirements.
