The Zendesk platform has recently made some changes:
Zendesk’s New Email Verification Requirement for Anonymous Submissions
Zendesk has introduced a mandatory email verification step for anonymous Help Center requests starting March 9, 2026.
This change applies to any user who submits a ticket without being signed in at the time of submission.
What’s Changing:
Anonymous users (those not logged in) will now receive an automatic verification email with a link to confirm their address.
The ticket will remain in a “pending” state until the user clicks the verification link.
They are requiring login to submit the tickets in the Helpdesk.
